Hello! Do you think it would be possible to make a sugar free version of this using natural alternatives? I want to make something for my daughter's 1st birthday that she can have a small taste of. I am an absolute novice at baking I might add!

Thank you Angela!! Yes I think Chocolate would have been my go too cake as well - accept, shockingly, my other half doesn't like chocolate cake!! Ridiculous I know. But it does mean I have to try come up with alternatives that are just as good 🙂

ahhh thanks so much Anca - Can't believe its been a year 🙂 Yes I quite agree - can't beat a bit of banana in your cake 🙂 unless its sticky toffee pudding - which is always amazing. Maybe a banana sticky toffee pudding should be next on my hit list 🙂
