Start day off right with these healthy and delicious breakfasts. From Weekend brunch to something light and quick for midweek - theres something for everyone.
My favourite way to start the day is with a creamy bowl of porridge, served hot or chilled with plenty of fruit and honey. A bit of homemade fig jam on toast or a slice of banana bread is also pretty good :-)
I also absolute love kedgeree for brunch. - But 9 times out of 10 we will actually have this fantastic recipe for our evening meal.
