Hi Wesley, I first made this recipe as an alternative to Chipotle sauce as it was a while ago when I couldn't get hold of any Chipotle myself. However, as this is now easy to buy online the recipe may need updating but perfectly OK to add this in yourself if you wish and reduce some of the fresh chilli already in the recipe. Hi Sarah! Do you know I haven't - but that sounds like a great idea!! I'm not sure if the rice would fair ok though?? Freezing and reheating rice can be a bit risky!! But I have frozen just the shredded chicken mixed with the sauce - which makes things much quicker.Thanks so much for the suggestion though -definitely one to thing about.
