Hi Susan, yes you can certainly freeze any leftovers from this recipe. I'd usually choose to freeze in a microwave safe or oven proof dish for easy reheating. Defrost overnight before reheating and then rehest in microwave, oven or in a pan, stirring frequently until piping hot throughout. Hope this helps. Debbie x
