10/10 πŸ‘πŸΏπŸ‘πŸΏ Highly recommend this dish. Made it tonight and the hubby couldn't stop commenting how good it was. Followed the recipe but: had no chives. So added red onion finely sliced. Made the flavour really pop. I suggest using good quality salmon and mackrel- made a huge difference. Used breadcrumbs from an East Indian shop and olive oil to fry. Looked exactly like the photo when finished. Thank you for delicious this recipie! πŸ˜‹
