Salads
Salads full of flavour and colour. Healthy salads needn't be dull, tasteless or hard to put together. Salads in my book need to be full of interesting ingredients and topped off with a dressing that packs a punch. I love a simple fruit and nut salad with a few slices of gorgonzola or for something a little more filling: wild rice salad with poached eggs. If I'm feeding a crowd its nearly always a quinoa salad served with chicken satay or with chicken and broccoli or with BBQ skewers
